We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within this time frame.

To start the process, please email us within 24-48 hours at support@jacketholic.com and specify whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.


Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly, please make sure:

  • The item is unused, with original packaging and tags attached.

  • You include your order number, product details, and images (if applicable).

  • Items without tags or that don’t meet return standards will not be refunded.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Email us within 24 hours at support@jacketholic.com.

  • Include your order number, clear images, and details of the issue.
    If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.


Order Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • If the order has already shipped, shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund.

We recommend checking our size chart before placing an order.
