1. Payments and Pricing

Jacketholic accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.

All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption to ensure the protection and confidentiality of customer payment information.
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If the customer’s payment method operates in another currency, the applicable conversion will be made by the issuing bank or payment provider at the current exchange rate.

Jacketholic reserves the right to update product prices and availability without prior notice.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order within two (2) days of purchase by contacting Jacketholic via email and providing the relevant order ID.

If the order has already been shipped or cleared customs, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, the customer must accept delivery and follow the return process.

Orders marked as time-sensitive or priority are non-cancellable once placed.

3. Order Acceptance and Pricing Errors

Jacketholic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

In the event of a pricing error:

  • If the correct price is lower than the displayed price, Jacketholic will process the order at the lower amount and issue a refund for the difference.

  • If the correct price is higher, the customer will be notified to confirm or cancel the order.

Jacketholic shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from order cancellations or pricing adjustments.

4. User Accounts

Customers who create an account on the Jacketholic website are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for restricting access to their account.
Jacketholic will not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence.

Users under the age of 18 years are prohibited from registering or making purchases on the website.

5. Marketing and SMS Communications

By opting in during checkout or subscribing via the website, customers agree to receive recurring SMS messages, including but not limited to order updates, promotional offers, and review requests.

Message frequency may vary. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message or using the provided unsubscribe link. Other opt-out methods will not be accepted.

Jacketholic is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or for any actions taken by the customer based on SMS communications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jacketholic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use its website, products, or services.

Jacketholic’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
