Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00) are processed the same business day.

  • Handling Time: 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Time: 9–11 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the destination.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–15 business days after order placement.

We ship using reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Where We Ship

We proudly offer worldwide shipping, including the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.

⚠️ Please note: Due to international restrictions, we cannot ship to countries listed under OFAC sanctions, and we may be unable to deliver to certain regions.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We always declare shipments in accordance with international customs regulations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.
